Gardens and Flowers

Gardens are fun, all different types. This is our vegetable gardens a month after we planted them.

This is our gardens now. Gardens are fun no mater how they are formed.

Flowers are also very pretty, some are prettier. 

They are especially  pretty when you pick them and put them around the house.

This is Mama's beehive stuff. The bees get the pollen from flowers which makes it possible for the next generation of flowers to grow.  

These are also some pretty flowers.

 This is a plant but its still cool.

I love gardens and helping in them. Gardens are really cool.

Eben

This blog is going to be about Eben.

 This is newborn Eben.

 He loved his binky.

 Once he clibed up a bookshelf with Grace.

When he turned four he had a bus party.

 When he turned 8, he got a go-cart.

Awana

I started Awana in 2009. I did a year in Cubbies, but I am just going to tell you about Sparks. 

Back to the end. This is my finished vest.

   The first year I got my hang glider patch. I also got my wings. 

The second year I earned my wingrunner patch .

The second year I ran out of verses to say. So, I earned pins. The first pin that I earned was Romans 8.

This is the pin I got last night-the last night of the year.

At cousin's house

At cousin's house, I did a lot of fun things. The first day, when Opal and I came, it was naptime. I got three hours to myself! That night, we had pizza and milk. I slept in different places. The first night I slept on the couch in the Wii room. The next day we went to the new Tacoma children's museum! It has a spaceship and a fly boat. I painted a lot of things. That night I slept in Emma's room. The next night I went home. [If Aunty Tonya  is reading this blog, please send pictures.]

Science Week

When we did science week, we did science projects. This is the 2nd project we did. I made a lens by filling a bag with water. Things look ,well, bigger. They look bigger because the water is bending the light. The bag was leaking. Every once in a while, we would put it on the towel. Eben and I held it up to our eyes. I don't know why, but we had to punch out a circle with a butterfly on it. I love science week. 

My date with Dada

As soon as I got twenty special helper rockets, I decided what I was going too do. I was going to go boot  shopping with Dada! I had to wait two days to go on my date. I really wanted new boots, because my old ones were worn out. Dada took me to indian food for dinner. After dinner, we went boot shopping. We went to two different stores. I  got my boots at the second store. After we went boot shopping, we went to the store and got some ice cream.

 When I came home, I opened my boots.

1-3 Holy Week

We want to celebrate Easter longer, so we are doing Holy week. 

First, we do Palm Sunday. We cut ferns as palm branches. Then sang songs in praise to God.

This is us waving palm branches. It was very fun.

On the second day of Holy week, it was cleaning the temple day. We got to play with the temple.

On the third day, we said what question we would ask God if he came to our house. Opal asked if he could come into her life. Then, she asked him in! I'm so glad my little sister is a Christian. Even though I can only tell you this much, I love Holy week, and I think you will to if you try it!
